My Interview With Nicholas Hoult
The man who will be the next Lex Luthor had a pretty great 2024. For the Los Angeles Times, I chatted with the actor about Juror #2, The Order and Nosferatu. We also talked about fatherhood and staying out of the limelight. Check it out here.

'DC League of Super-Pets' Review
What if Superman had a dog who also had superpowers? And was voiced by Dwayne Johnson? That's the pretty adorable conceit behind DC League of Super-Pets. I wish the movie was funnier, though. My review is up at Screen International.

The State of the DC Extended Universe
With Birds of Prey out and Wonder Woman 1984 on the horizon, it seemed like a good time to check in on the so-called DCEU. These films can't compete with Marvel, not yet, but maybe there's hope on the horizon. We broke down the franchise's five best offerings for SyFy.

Superheroes and Their Codpieces
For MEL, I wrote at length, heh, about our fascination with superheroes' genitalia. It's actually pretty fascinating: We as a society are both obsessed with costumed characters and kinda terrified by their packages. Check it out.
