Mahershala Ali plays a father and husband who's dying. His family doesn't know, though, and so he undergoes a secret procedure in which he's cloned, the idea being that the clone will take over for him while he dies in seclusion, thereby never alerting his wife and son to what's happened. That's a seemingly noble thing to do, but it's also selfish if you think about it. I explain why over at
