In Swan Song, Mahershala Ali plays a father and husband who's dying. His family doesn't know, though, and so he undergoes a secret procedure in which he's cloned, the idea being that the clone will take over for him while he dies in seclusion, thereby never alerting his wife and son to what's happened.
