I'm one of those critics who tries not to reveal the most shocking and lurid moments from a film during my festival reviews. (Why spoil all the good stuff?) That philosophy was severely tested by Sapi, the latest film from director Brillante Ma Mendoza. It's a horror movie of sorts, and Mendoza has a few oh-my-god moments in there.
