After The House I Live In, which comes out in the fall and dissects the failures of the War on Drugs, do you need any more documentaries on the subject? It turns out you do: How to Make Money Selling Drugs has been one of the most pleasant surprises here in Toronto. It's a slick but smart analysis of both why drug dealing is so appealing and why the government's attempts to enforce tough legislation has been largely ineffective.
