The Ross brothers (Tchoupitoulas) return with their latest documentary, Western, which chronicles a Texas border town facing an uncertain future. This movie feels like a portrait of the new Wild Wild West, one in which Mexico and America merge into one new, different culture. I found it pretty striking.
