The Grierson & Leitch Podcast: 'Highest 2 Lowest' and 'Wonder Boys'
On this week's episode, we go long on Spike Lee's latest. We have less to say about the fairly forgettable Nobody 2, and then we travel back to 2000 to revisit Wonder Boys. Lots of good stuff in here, which you can check out down below.

The Comeback of Robert Downey Jr.
For RogerEbert.com, I took a moment to appreciate that, 25 years ago, Robert Downey Jr. was at his lowest point, battling drug addiction and facing a prison sentence. Much has changed since, happily. Hope you enjoy.

How the 'Iron Man' Post-Credits Scene Changed Hollywood
It was 2008, and Marvel was putting out Iron Man, the first film in what the company hoped would be a string of superhero flicks. And to get audiences prepared for the future, Marvel ended the film with a little scene after the credits, where Robert Downey Jr's Tony Stark encounters a strange figure in his home. Blockbusters were never the same, for better and for worse. My latest is over at MEL.

'Dolittle' Review
I've spent some time with writer-director Stephen Gaghan. He's a smart guy. But his latest film is a disaster. Here's my review of Dolittle.

Some Thoughts on 'Avengers: Endgame'
I like Avengers: Endgame, but I don't like how it deals with death. Or, rather, how it doesn't deal with death. I wrote about that for MEL, but I also dig into Marvel's unsuccessful history of approaching some directors, why Endgame doesn't have an intermission, and which people on the internet actually correctly predicted the film's ending. (Spoilers, obviously.) Hope you enjoy.
The Grierson & Leitch Podcast: The Marvel Cinematic Universe and 'Goldfinger'
We went long on Avengers: Endgame -- tons of spoilers, folks -- and then, in our Reboot segment, we talk Goldfinger on its 55th anniversary. Check it out.

'Avengers: Endgame' Review
Avengers: Endgame < Avengers: Infinity War. The new film is pretty entertaining, but it's not quite the home run you might be hoping for. My review is up at Screen International.

The Grierson & Leitch Podcast: The Latest Marvel Blockbuster and 'True Romance'
What would the impetuous lovers in True Romance think of Avengers: Infinity War? My guess is Christian Slater's character would be sick of the Marvel machine, but maybe Patricia Arquette would get a kick out of it? Regardless, those are the two movies we tackle on this week's podcast. You can hear it all below.
